This tea is my go-to for when I'm stressed and need a deep sleep -- plus it's delicious! I will sometimes combine it with a dose of Starlight sublingual and it gives me a deep, restful sleep without waking up groggy. Recommended!
I wish I could remember the things I saw last night in my dreams. The best way to describe how intense they were was that it was like channel surfing throughout the entire night. Not scary dreams or anything, I was just so firmly planted in dreamland the second I closed my eyes that the best way for it to set in that I'm in reality now is to write this review 😂 And I drank the tea at like 3 in the afternoon, like 8 hours before I went to sleep. It didn't make me drowsy through the evening but was definitely the tea that I was feeling after my eyes closed I've never dreamed like that.
I've taken the Dream Tea 2 nights in a row and have had some amazingly vivid dreams. It feels like I'm in a movie. I'm definitely going to keep drinking it every night.
